The service
PureUS Sourcing researches suppliers for products you tell us about and reports what we find. Submitting a request is free.
Quotes and payment
If we find a better price, we send you a savings estimate and a flat fee quote. You decide whether to pay. Once paid, we send the supplier details and step-by-step ordering instructions. If we can’t beat your current price, you owe nothing.
Estimates, not guarantees
Savings figures are estimates based on the information you give us and supplier pricing at the time. Suppliers set their own prices, minimums, lead times and terms, and these can change. You buy directly from the supplier, and your order is between you and them.
Refunds
Because the fee pays for research already delivered, fees are generally not refundable. If something we sent you was wrong, email us and we will make it right.
